Postboned, Queening, Rusty Trombone: Do you recognise these new slang terms?
Hands up if you’ve ever heard someone talk about a sexual experience and use a word you’ve never heard of (and, let’s face it, you’re pretty sure they’ve just made it up)? Us too.
To help New Zealander’s get down with the latest sex slang, global sexual wellness brand Lovehoney has shared its list of all the saucy slang you need to know in 2020.
Read on to swot up on the latest lingo and accept this as Lovehoney’s early Christmas gift to you. You’re welcome.
Eating the Peach
Eating the peach is a prettier way of saying: oral sex performed on a woman. The giver (the one eating the ‘peach’) uses their lips and tongue to work magic on the woman’s vulva and clitoris.
Dancing the Mattress Mambo
All the best dancing happens when we’re horizontal, right? Dancing the mattress mambo is a fun way to describe sexual intercourse. Saucy slang at its finest.
Five Knuckle Shuffle
As if we didn’t have enough ways of saying it, five knuckle shuffle is just another term for male masturbation. Can be filed next to “spanking the monkey”, “oozing your noodle” and “poaching the egg”.
Kink
Kink is one of those words that gets thrown around a lot, but what does it mean? Kink is defined as any sexual practice that’s not classed as conventional. Some examples are fetishes, voyeurism and group sex.
Postboned
Like postponed, but naughtier. Postboned is when you’re running late because of an unexpected sexual encounter. We’ve all been there.
Private Browsing
Let’s all agree, private browsing (or female masturbation) is great for a bit of one-on-one DIY time. This slang is perfect for using when you’re having a catch up with your girl pals and want to discuss solo adventures without anyone listening in knowing what you’re talking about.
Queening
One of our favourites, queening is a fancy way of saying ‘sitting on someone’s face’. Think of ‘queening’ as a queen sitting on her pleasure throne.
Rusty Trombone
One to visualise in your head, a rusty trombone is the act of performing a hand job and a rim job simultaneously. The giver looks like they’re playing the trombone.
Sissy Play
Sissy play is a form of power play used to enhance BDSM scenes to create a strong power dynamic and relies on gender stereotypes to work. Generally speaking, a submissive man emasculates himself and takes on personality traits or roles usually associated with women, for example, the role of a maid. As always, both parties should consent before taking part in any BDSM activities.
Toygasm
You know that intense jaw-clenching blended orgasm you get from the Rabbit vibrator that hits different? Yeah that.
